Stir-fried with soy sauce and Asian spices to bring out amazing flavours, this dish is served with a hot bowl of rice and fresh vegetables for that perfect dish companion. For a little extra special, we sprinkle some tasty spring onions, chillies, and topped it with a boiled egg, because you deserve the best!

Low carb option: We’ll substitute white rice with either seasonal vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, broccoli, chopped cabbage, sweet potato and avocado), brown rice or fluffy quinoa.
